Centella asiatica is one of the popular beauty ingredients in Korea for long time. It works greatly on restoring moisture and oil balance of skin and strengthening skin barrier. 

For soothing effect, sodium Hyaluronate and panthenol provide the long lasting deep hydration

Blissful blend of botanical oil such as bergamot fruit oil, rose flower oil, and ylang ylang flower oil gives the mild lovely scent.

This toner is formulated to lightly acid pH level 5.5 that is the closest pH level of natural skin.
